Gilbert Park has been renovated as part of a two-year $378 million investment...

In total 254 families have benefited from the revitalization initiative. Extensive site renovations included new exterior paint, sidewalk improvements, new landscaping and trees, new in-suite energy-efficient, front-loading washers and dryers and fences for each unit.

New state-of-the-art playground equipment includes a special toddler play structure and a mini-skateboard park.

Strengthened security coverage includes permanent foot patrols, new lighting in the doorways of all 254 residences and 22 new security lights for additional lighting in walkways and public areas.
