• Prepayment is required. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment. Accompanying cheque or money order to be made payable to the Minister of Finance.
  
  
• Payment by Visa and MasterCard is accepted. Do not send credit card information by e-mail.
  
  
• For orders within Manitoba, 7% PST will be added to applicable items. Books are PST exempt. For orders within Canada, 5% GST will be added to all materials. Sales tax exemptions must provide exemption numbers.
  
  
• A shipping charge of $5.00 (plus GST) will be added to orders that are sent Canada Post.
  
  
• Customers can choose to have their order shipped by courier on the customer’s courier account. Courier orders are not subject to the $5.00 shipping cost.
