The results of competitive bidding on May 11, 2022 for Crown oil and gas rights which was offered by Natural Resources and Northern Development, resulted in a total of $ 4,800.64 being added to provincial revenue.
Three lease parcels, covering 192 hectares (474.44 acres) were sold for a bonus amount totaling $2,928.64. The average bonus price per hectare for lease parcels sold was $15.25 per hectare ($6.17 per acre).
This was the second land sale scheduled for 2022. The next sale will be held on August 10, 2022. The deadline for posting requests is May 13, 2022.
