The results of competitive bidding on February 10, 2021 for Crown oil and gas rights which was offered by Manitoba Agriculture and Resource Development, resulted in a total of $33,624.00 being added to provincial revenue.
One lease parcel, covering 64 hectares (158.14 acres) was sold for a bonus amount totaling $33,000.00. The average price per hectare for lease parcels sold was $515.63 per hectare ($1,274.12 per acre).
Millennium Land Ltd paid $515.63 per hectare ($208.67 per acre) as a tender bonus.
This was the first sale scheduled for 2021. The next sale will be held on May 12, 2021. The deadline for posting requests is February 12, 2021.
