Instructions for using PDFs on the Resource Development Website
Note: Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view and print Portable Document Format (PDF) forms. To download a free copy of Acrobat Reader, please visit the Adobe website.
Many of the PDF forms on the Resource Development website are in a fillable format. This means you will be able to fill out the form on your screen and print it out for submission or keep the print copy for your own records.
To complete and/or submit an online fillable PDF form:
- Click on the desired PDF link to open the form.
- If you have Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher, enter your responses directly into the PDF form and print a copy of the completed form to submit by fax or mail or to keep for your own records.
- NOTE: These forms, when filled out onscreen, may not retain your entries when you close the file. It is highly recommended you print the form before you close the file to retain your entries.
