The EFAP Team

Counsellors

Your EFAP counsellor holds either a master's or professional degree in the fields of social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy and psychiatric nursing. They are members of a professional association with a code of ethics and have many years of experience in individual, couple and family counselling. Your counsellor also has experience and expertise in conflict resolution, critical incident debriefing, and other workplace interventions.

Intake

EFAP intake staff are your first contact and have knowledge, skills, and experience in human relations.
