Entitlement to reimbursement of chiropractic treatments;
Whether the Appellant had a reasonable excuse for the late filing of his application for review;
Entitlement to Income Replacement Indemnity benefits;
Whether the Appellant was properly classified as a non-earner;
Entitlement to Personal Injury Protection Plan benefits as a result of the November 28, 2005 motor vehicle accident or the cumulative effect of the Appellant’s prior motor vehicle accidents.
