Before hiring a consultant, conduct some research on their qualifications, areas of expertise and technical knowledge.   • Food Safety Training - September 17, 2010
    The Food Safety Program invites you to participate in the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Training. There is no charge but registration is required.
     

  • Water Safety Course for Food Processors - October 01, 2010
    The Food Safety Program invites you to participate in the Water Safety Course for Food Processors. There is no charge but registration is required. Due to limited space the course is open only to industry and government participants.

  • Food Safety Tip - Training
    Each year statistics show many people suffer from food borne illnesses caused by improper food safety practices during food processing. Employee Training is essential when implementing your food safety program. A training program must ensure that employees understand and follow your company’s policies and procedures.
