Product Returns


The following information applies only to items found in the MDA Products & Services Catalogue.
This does not include Home Care or Medical equipment or supplies.



Policies

If you are not fully satisfied with the products you receive, please call Client Services at (204) 945-3000.

To facilitate the credit process, please include a copy of the packing slip, the original order and indicates why the produce is being returned.

If you are returning an item due to a malfunction or a manufacturing defect, MDA wil return the item to the manufacturer for credit.

0-15 days

 

Goods may be returned to MDA for refund. Items must be in saleable condition, in the orignal package, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Clients are responsible for shipping. To save budget dollars, use Interdepartmental Mail where appropriate.

 

16-60 days

 

Goods may be returned to MDA for refund. A 15 percent restocking fee will apply, with a minimum charge set at $7.50. Goods must be in saleable condition, in the orignal package, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Clients are responsible for shipping. To save budget dollars, use Interdepartmental Mail where appropriate.

 

61 or more days No refunds may be made.


Terms and Conditions

  • MDA does not accept returns of open toner cartridges
  • MDA does not accept returns of customized medical equipment
  • Return for special request items are subject to supplier acceptance. Restocking fees may apply and are subject to the discretion of the supplier
  • MDA is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returned product ordered in error or that are no longer required
  • Other terms and conditions may apply, e.g., medical, furniture, and special order items may not apply. Please call (204) 945-3000 for more information
  • Year End Deadlines. Orders returned for credit to old fiscal year accounts must be received within the first 15 business days of April.
