• Your interest in working at the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, and your interest in the program.

• Personal skills, knowledge, and special interests of the candidate.

• Ability to write and research thoroughly and effectively.

• Your ability to work for a political party whose policies conflict with your own opinions and ideas.
