- coughs and colds
- gastrointestinal infections
- vomiting, diarrhea, constipation
- urinary tract infections
- ear infections that can damage hearing
- meningitis
- Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis
- Celiac disease
- asthma, allergies, and eczema
- heart disease and liver disease in adulthood
