The legislation that the Automobile Injury Compensation Appeal Commission operates under is The Manitoba Public Insurance Corporation Act and its accompanying regulations. This Act and Regulations provide direction and guidance for MPIC in managing claims, providing essential information as to what is or is not allowed and how much may be claimed.
