To Wit
Joseph Singer and Archibald Head stand charged for that they said Joseph Singer and Archibald Head on the twenty third day of May one thousand eight hundred and eighty nine at the Municipality of Wallace in the said Western Judicial District in the Province of Manitoba feloniously and unlawfully did by force take away one Emily Hilda Blake a child then under the age of fourteen years to wit of the age of ten years with intent thereby then to deprive one Mary Rex the guardian of said Emily Hilda Blake of the possession of the said Emily Hilda Blake.
Against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided, and against the peace of our said Lady the QUEEN, her Crown and dignity.
