Manitoba Labour Board's Arbitrators List
The following is the list of arbitrators maintained by the Manitoba Labour Board as of February 13, 2026, pursuant to Section 117(2) of The Labour Relations Act.
Category "A" - comprises of Arbitrators who will be able to hear all matters referred to the Board pursuant to The Labour Relations Act.
Category "B" - comprises of Arbitrators who will be restricted to hearing issues relating to disciplinary matters including suspension of thirty days or less. However, Arbitrator Mathieu Lafrenière, although included in category "B", will be allowed to hear any issue that requires the matter to be heard by a bilingual arbitrator.

*Where an application requires the appointment of a bilingual arbitrator, the Board shall appoint from those designated as bilingual.
THESE LISTS ARE IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER AND SHOULD NOT BE INTERPRETED AS THE SEQUENCE BY WHICH ARBITRATORS ARE APPOINTED BY THE MANITOBA LABOUR BOARD.
